Yes, our community provides on-site maintenance services. We also offer 24-hour emergency maintenance services provided by our technicians who live on-site. This ensures our residents have a comfortable, worry-free living experience.

You are not required to be present during maintenance visits unless you prefer to be.

Certainly! We offer apartment transfer options both within our on-site community and to our sister communities. If you're interested in relocating to a different apartment or community, please reach out to our leasing team, and they will provide you with the necessary information and guide you through the transfer process.
No, we do not permit advertising your apartment home on websites like Airbnb or Vrbo. Our rental agreements strictly prohibit subleasing or short-term rentals through these platforms. If you have any questions about your lease agreement, contact our management team.
MOVING IN AND MOVING OUT
We provide a thorough redecoration process that includes repainting and deep cleaning including carpeted areas, and repairs to ensure a move-in-ready home for our residents. It's part of our commitment to providing the best move-in experience possible.
We encourage our residents to make their apartments feel like home by hanging pictures, mounting TVs, painting walls, or decorating with other personal touches. If you would like to decorate your apartment, please return it to its original condition/color prior to move out.
If you need to break your lease, an Early Termination Fee, which varies based on your lease agreement, is required. This fee is due at the time you give your written move-out notice.

I am new to this apartment complex this year… it is an awesome place to live. I have a disability and it is a fantastic place to live & it makes me forget about the struggles I have. Non smoking and no pets with washer and dryers in the apartments were my #1 preferences, and I found this place with a scenic view. I feel safe leaving early in the morning or coming home llate at night. Whenever there is an issue, maintenance is there within 24 hours to resolve the issue. Very good on noise control. I have lived here at the West Hampton Park Apartments for over 6 years. Their maintenance staff is ALWAYS right on top of the problem and they ALWAYS fix or repair or replace the issue PROMPTLY and THOROUGHLY !!!! This past spring, West Hampton Park's maintenance staff replaced some badly weather-beaten particle board behind the vinyl siding of the exterior deck closet. It is now well sealed and fully functional for storage. I appreciate their efforts and attention to this issue; they did a great job....West Hampton Park staff do a great job in general with follow-through.
