FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions at West Hampton Park Apartment Homes
Each apartment goes through a standard process before a move-in that includes fresh paint, professional cleaning, and carpet cleaning as well as addressing any needed maintenance.
Yes, we have 24-hour maintenance personnel that live on site to promptly respond to any emergency maintenance calls that may arise.
For your convenience, you can log into your Resident Services Account to put in a work order. You can also call the Leasing Office, or, if it's an emergency, you can always reach standby maintenance directly.
Maintenance calls are prioritized so that any emergency calls are addressed first. Non-emergency calls are typically completed in the order they were received.
Each time you put in a work order, you have the opportunity to tell us if it's okay to enter the apartment when you are not home, or let us know if you have any pets or other concerns.
We recommend saving the emergency maintenance phone number into your device so you can contact them for entry. Valid ID will be required.
We encourage residents to make their apartment their home!
