For your convenience, you can log into your Resident Services Account to put in a work order. You can also call the Leasing Office, or, if it's an emergency, you can always reach standby maintenance directly.
We encourage residents to make their apartment their home! There is no penalty for hanging pictures, mirrors, curtains, etc. Just please be sure things are mounted properly to avoid damaging both your items and our walls. Residents are not allowed to alter the flooring, cabinets, fixtures, appliances, etc. without the consent of Management.
We provide an outdoor pool during summer months as well as a community clubhouse that is open during business hours and can be rented by residents for private parties after business hours. We have several walks and paths if you or your pet enjoy outdoor strolls and are even a part of an Elkhorn bike trail that extends to Maple St.
Yes. One pet cannot exceed 75 lbs. and two pets cannot exceed 100 lbs. Accepted breeds are based on commonly restricted breeds and any mix containing them. Contact the Leasing Office to see if your pet falls under those restrictions.
We do not offer a specific area designated for pets. We offer pet waste stations in front of our pet-friendly buildings and have several walks and paths throughout the property to be enjoyed by both pets and owners.
Most applications can be approved within 24 hours. Depending on the situation, some background checks could take longer. Our professional Leasing staff will keep you informed on the status of your application.
We encourage all new residents to sign their lease as soon as it becomes available. There is nothing due up front when signing a lease ahead of time. A $500 Deposit, $40 Administrative fee, as well as prorated rent, cable, and internet, will be due at the time of move-in when you pick up the keys to your new home.
There are many ways to pay your rent. Your Resident Services account allows for setting up either a one-time or recurring automatic payment through a bank account or a credit/debit card. You can also pay using WIPS program or by mailing a physical check through the USPS.
We are located near Old Towne Elkhorn, offering small family-owned shops and stores, boutiques, salons, and art/dance studios. We also have many different banks, and large stores nearby as well (Target, Menards, Walmart, Family Fare).
“The apartment is spacious & I love the washer & dryer being in the unit. The landscaping is beautiful & well maintained. The maintenance is beyond my expectations. It’s quiet & just a good place to call home.” – Debbie
“I have never been treated more nice & professionally by an office staff than the people at West Hampton Park. Tanner was very helpful & always there to answer questions ... It seemed like he truly cared about making sure I was taken care of & it was as easy as a moving process as possible. I've never experienced that with an apartment complex … Thank you to the entire West Hampton Staff!” – Jordan K.
“Management very quick about taking care of any maintenance issues. I have lived in a 4 bedroom home for many years & downsized to a 2 Bedroom apartment & absolutely love it. Fell in love with the cleanliness & space minute I walked into the apartment. Great management that is here to please the renter. Recommend highly.” – Irene
